Our little Bichon Frise is a wonderful pet. He wants lots of attention and loves to be petted. Sometimes when I on the computer, our Bichon Frise will put his paw on my leg and I'll pet him with one hand and move the mouse with the other hand. He gets excited very easily. When he is excited he moves in circles. It seems he's not quite sure where he wants to be petted.

When we get ready to go shopping, our Bichon Frise lays on the floor and gives us a dirty look. We always leave him a bowl of water and his favorite treat.  He tries to reject it but the temptation to eat is favorite treat is often overwhelming.

While we are out, our Bichon Frise throws his toys all over the place. When we come home we find his toys all over the floor. Sometimes we find a toy on the computer stand or on the table. and we know we didn't put them there.

When we come home from shopping, our Bichon Frise runs from one end of our large living room to the other and can't stand still. He keeps on lifting both front paws off the ground and letting them back on the ground. I always pay attention to him when I come home. He looks forward to that.

Joyce often takes our Bichon Frise outside. It's fun for the dog and exercize for Joyce. I sometimes go out with her. The dog not only smells the top of the grass, he also tries to smell the sides of the blades of grass. Once he went to a tree and found that a larger dog had peed on the tree earlier in the day. Our Bichon Frise tried to pee up the tree because he wasn't tall enough to pee over the other dog's pee.
