He Died For Me

I was going to end my life because I am a nobody.

Why should I live in a sick society?

I've nothing more to live for.

So I took a knife to stab myself with

and a cup of poison to make it final

but instead a man walked over to me

to keep me from killing myself.

I asked him,"Who do you think you are by telling me to

stop?"

I also told him to go away and that no one could help.

He answered like this,"I am your Lord Jesus Christ

who died and rose for you.

Believe me I could help you.

So after he drank the poisoned cup of agony and

he took the knife of lonliness to the cross

where it became the nails and

spear that pierced his side.

As I watched him die while he hung there

I repeated a phrase he said but changed one of it's

words.

I cried out in wonderment,"My God, My God why have I abandoned

you.

"As they put him in a coffin and was buried

the gospel story of his death and resurrection

made me long for the third day.

On the third morning I went to his gravesight

and I saw two of the Lord's angels "He is risen He is not here."

So I used the words of Mary Magdelene,

"They have taken away my Lord and I don't know where they put

Him."

And a hand then touched my shoulder and I jumped back frightened.

A voice that assured me when it said,

"Don't be afraid for it is I Jesus."

With a tear swelled eyes I asked Him

why he died for me ?

His answer was this, I died for you because I love

you very very much and to show you that do have something to live for

and that you are some one

a somebody not a nothing or a nobody.

With a less heavy heart I ran to him and hugged him as hard as I could

and he put his arms around me and he held me tightly close to him.

With tears of joy I cried Thank-you Jesus for helping me and showing me how foolish I was.

He is being crucified for you to show you how much he loves you;

also Beaucoup Paix which means much peace to all

also Que Dieu vous Benisse which means: May God Bless You.

Kocham ciebie cale serser which is Polish for

I love you with all my heart

which Jesus Christ is saying to all of us.Amen
